Exchange Policy


We want to ensure you get the perfect fit and the right product every time. Please note that we follow a Strict Exchange-Only Policy; we do not offer monetary returns or refunds unless there is a positive balance after your exchange is processed.


Eligible Reasons for Exchange

You can request an exchange for any of the following reasons:

  • Wrong Color: Received a shade different from what you ordered.
  • Wrong Size: The size delivered does not match your order.
  • Wrong Product: Received an entirely different item.
  • Fitting/Size Issue: The product doesn’t fit quite right.
  • Missing Item/Quantity: Your package was incomplete.


How to Place an Exchange Request

Step 1: Select Your Method

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
  2. Click on Order Details and select the Exchange option.
  3. Choose your preferred method of exchange from the available options.

Step 2: Submit Your Request

  • Verification Call: A member of our team will call you to discuss your concern. Your request will be processed once it is verified against our policy guidelines.
  • Selection: You may choose to replace the item with the same variant or buy a new product entirely.
  • Payment: If the new product has a higher value than the original, please process the checkout for the balance amount.

Step 3: Product Pickup

  • Our courier partner will arrive for the pickup.
  • Important: The item will only be accepted if it is in its original condition, unworn, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

Step 4: Processing the Exchange

  • Shipping: Your new exchanged product will be shipped out immediately after the original item has been successfully picked up.
  • Refunds: If your new selection is cheaper than the original, any positive refund balance will be initiated once the exchanged product is successfully delivered to you.
  • Rejection: No exchange or refund will be issued if the returned product is found to be used, damaged, or missing its original tags and packaging.


Policy Note: TKC operates on an Exchange Only basis. We do not accept returns for a full refund back to the original payment method.
